Moving Together uses dance and music improve mental wellbeing and connectivity. Whether you learned the moves yourself, or just want to watch, this online dance flashmob will send your heart and body soaring! Dance to a specially created soundtrack inspired by the voices of people experiencing loneliness and accompanied by original music from Quentin Lachapele.
Learn the moves in a series of six online workshops, 5-10 October.

Moving Together is a creative research collaboration between anthropology researcher Dr Bronwyn Tarr and physical theatre company Justice in Motion. It explores loneliness and the power of movement & music to affect how distant or connected we feel.
